Halloween Nail Art Series: Spooky Meadow

Hi everyone! So today's nails were inspired by Ihaveacupcake on youtube. She did a haunted house tutorial (which is awesome and you should check it out) but I was really inspired by the designs on her other fingers (and I already did haunted house nails which you can see HERE) so I decided to do a spooky meadow mani. Hope you like!

So my dad couldn't really figure out what these were at first, haha. Then after I explained to him he was  all like "ohhh! These are nice!" He also told me to tell you guys what each thing is... just in case. Ok, so the blue is supposed to represent the night sky, and the glitter represents the glittering stars. The shimmery orange (near the bottom) is just there so add some depth and contrast between the grass and the sky. The black stripes on the bottom is the grass from the meadow... or field. Whichever you prefer(: For the ring finger, I added a moon and a little bat(:

Anyways, I worked really hard on these (first time using a striper!) so I really hope you like it(:

Halloween Nail Art Series: Candy Corn Bats!

Hi everyone! Another halloween post for you(:

So this was inspired by (THIS) post by Amy from I'm Feeling Nail-Venturous(: Hahha, well not much to say... I started out with striping each color horizontally and then stamped cute bats on it afterwards.

Anyways, thanks so much for reading! Be sure to let me know what you think:)

Halloween Nail Art Series: Haunted House Nails

Hi! Another Halloween manicure for you(: Ok, so these are supposed to be haunted house nails, but the house looks more like a church. Oh well, close enough :P

The original idea that I had in my head was an indigo base with some purple and glitter sponged on top to represent the sky and the stars, with a little green hill and the haunted house planted on top. Then I realized my nails are too tiny for that, haha.

After that failed, I thought about it for a while and decided to sponge a "simple" version of my idea. So the purple is supposed to represent the night sky, and it blends into a green which is supposed to be the grass. It's a little bit difficult to see in the pictures but the house is much more visible IRL.

Anyways, thanks so much for reading and be sure to let me know what you think!

  • Base Color: Bettina #27
  • Green/Sponging: Zoya Shawn

Halloween Nail Art Series: Pumpkin Nails

Hi!! Today is the very first day of my Halloween Nail Art Series, or HNAS, haha. I decided to start things off with something really simple and something that screams Halloween. Pumpkins.

I think these turned out super cute(: I started off with 2 coats of Bettina Orange (darn it! My Bettina's are supposed to be on vacation! Oh well :P ), then sponged a little bit of Tanzy to the tips just to add a little sparkle... that and I am kind of obsessed with sponging. I then stamped this super cute little pumpkin with vines (?) on top afterwards. To add some shine I topped everything off with one coat of Pro-FX Top Coat.

So, what do you think?? :)

Poll Results: Halloween Nail Art Series

Hi everyone! So here are the results for my latest poll. As you can see, "yes" was the winner and I can't wait to get this series started! I am not sure how many entries I will have in this series, but I will try and fit in as many as possible before Halloween(: As for the two people that said "no", I'll try and make this series as awesome as possible so you too can enjoy it :) I'll try and get my first post in sometime this week.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to participate in my poll and be sure to be on the lookout for my next one! :D
