This silver, shimmery beauty is Celeb City. It has awesome coverage (this is 2 thin coats) and it dries fast. The finish of this polish can change in different type of lights, in the shade it can look metallic, and in the sun it shimmers. Celeb City is pretty awesome.
Ignore my cuticles btw, I have no idea why they look gross....
